Refund and Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been shipped from our warehouse.


Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled but can be returned following the procedure below.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

You may request a return, replacement, or exchange for your product within 7 days from the date of delivery.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all original tags and invoices intact.


3. Process for Returns/Exchanges

Initiate a Request: Contact our customer support team at yadavmaheshkumar844@gmail.com or +91 9023213892 within the 7-day window. Please provide your order ID and a clear reason for the return or exchange.


Approval & Pickup: Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address.


Inspection: After we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection.


4. Exchange and Replacement

If you have requested an exchange or a replacement due to a defect, damage, or size issue, your new product will be shipped and delivered to you within 7 days after the original item has been received and inspected by our team.


5. Refunds

If you have requested a refund, it will be initiated after the returned product has been received and passed the quality check.


Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Important Considerations

Hygiene: Certain items, such as nose pins and earrings, are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.


Applicability: This policy applies to all our product categories, including but not limited to: Necklaces, Earrings, Rings, Bracelets, Pendants, Mangalsutra, Nose Pins, Anklets, all Silver Jewellery (Chains, Earrings, Rings, etc.), Oxidised Silver Jewellery, and Astrological Jewellery.
